Booking Information & Bartender Consultation
- All packages are set for a minimum of 10 guest except the cocktail party package minimum of 6 guests.
- Menus are priced to include Mixologist, Bartender, or Bar Back, based upon guest numbers we will allocate staff.
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your requested booking date to organise any of our services.
- Where possible, prior to your event our staff will visit you at the location to confirm requirements and check facilities.
- At the time of booking we will require a deposit of 50% to be paid. Remaining balance is then due in cash on date of consultation.
Prices Inclusions
- Bali Bartender Hire cost. Depending on guest numbers we will supply 1 to multiple Bartenders and or Bar Backs.
- Bar (standard size foldout wooden bar) is included for bookings over 25 pax in Kuta, Legian, & Seminyak areas only. Additional fee for other areas.
- Basic set up and serving equipment for the area where drinks will be set out including large tubs for beer and wine.
- Bartender Kit with all equipment required to prepare serve drinks in each package.
- Ingredients to cover standard menu options. This will include ice, mixers, condiments, and alcohol as specified by each package.
Supply of Chef Equipment, Catering Equipment & Other Accessories
Where additional bar equipment, catering equipment, table dressings, decorations, accessories, or staff are requested or required additional fees will apply. Please notify us at the time of booking and our chef and representative shall discuss this with you at the consultation.
Call Out Fee - a 50,000 IDR fee applies to all staff call outs regardless of duration.
Allowances / Facilities
For any shift over 4 hours our Bali Bartenders and Bali Catering Staff must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages or where unable to leave the premises have food and beverage provided for them.
Suitable facilities must be provided for all Bali Bartender & Catering Staff. This includes access to a preparation area, access to electrical outlet, use of a fridge & freezer, use of a sink.
Availability / Disclaimer
Due to availability we may be required to substitute ingredients or additional charges my apply. Our staff will advise of this during the consultation. Please note peak season such as New Years, Christmas, or High Season may attract additional fees due to limited staff availability. Currently our service area includes Canggu, Pettitenget, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban.

We make Booking your Bali Event as easy as possible.
Simply fill out the form and make sure you provide a Email and if possible a Whats App number. We will then contact you as soon as possible. Most events require a minimum of 2 - 3 days notification for small events and more for large events. We will then communicate one of 3 ways: 1.) Send us an email inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible with all the information needed to start planning your event. 2.) If you are staying in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Pettitenget, Umalas our staff can come direct to you to discuss the event. 3.) If you are able to come to our Seminyak office we can advise on all of our catering range.
